Giving Up Rights

If i the father sign over all right to my son to his mother because i am not mentally or phyically or emothionally ready to take care of a child will i still have to pay childsupport?

Unless there is a step-father waiting in the wings to adopt your son, then you will almost certainly have to continue to pay child support. Terminating one's parental rights comes down to a question of best interest for the child, not for the parent and while you may not see yourself as dad of the year, the courts will prefer you there (at least when it comes to support) rather than no one.
