i may have mislead by accident in the way i put my ? i was babysitter.grandma, not caregiver as in custodian. Her real dad is scared to help me because my daughter wont let them see her punished me and grand daughter when she dont get her way! like if i speak to grand daughters real family/dad. I AM always there for her no matter what lost jobs and my life for her and my daughter. daughter letting her new family/new hubby...brainwash them.

If you were in your grandchild's life on a very frequent basis, then a there is a decent chance a judge will rule that frequent visits are in the child's best interest and the grandparent visitation statute at least gets your foot in the courtroom door.
