Do Grand Mother have any legal right
My son Plan on leave the Kids to his friend to raise if some happen to them , Do i have any say has a Grand mother , where I don,t lose them I,m We are 6o and they think wee to old, ,they leave them week at a time to go on trips i,m not to old to kept them

There is no direct legal right given to grandparents to be the guardian or custodian should the parents die or become incapacitatted.
Kentucky does provide grandparents the right to reasonable visitation in most circumstances. Also, if you meet certain criteria in caring for the child, you may be treated as a de facto custodian, but this is not unique to grandparents.
