Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My grandchildren were taken by CPHS the cabinet says that since I had a felony 18 years ago I cannot get my grandchildren. Is there a way to fight this.

You aren't going to be able to fight the Cabinet, but depending on the circumstances, you may be able to file for custody. You should seek a consultation with a family law attorney who practices in the jurisdiction in which the children reside.
