Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My guy and I have lived together for 9 years .. have 2 children together BUT never married. We separated earlier this year. I have recently retained counsel to pursue custody/child support issues. We are meeting with our attys this week before we try mediation. My question is - can I make him pay for my atty fees re: all this mess?

That sounds like a fine question to ask your attorney. Only they will know the facts of the case and the tendencies of the judge you will be in front of.
