My ex husband abused my children and he was ordered visits in Indiana the children had breakdowns going so I stopped forcing them, after 3 years he wants full custody what can I do?

If you live in KY, you may be able to transfer the case to KY and fight the custody request in KY. If not then you will need to consult an IN attorney. I would consult with an attorney about your options.
