Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Husband is a Dr. Has cut his practice in half to show judge he has time to get 2 small kids 50/50. He is doing it to hurt the mother and to pay her less money. We have caught him having meetings with a hospital that's fulltime, and all of a sudden knows people there and he has never been there in his life. We have other semi proof. this is a fake temporary situation just so the judge might give him50/50. then he will end up going to work fulltime like he always has and just get a nanny.

What can we do, (or an attorney) to actually find out for sure if this is going to happen. We have a hearing about the 50/50 custody, and would like to prove this minimal working schedule is very temporary and a fake to get the kids. Who can ask the hospital? who would they give an answer to? Who do they have to give an answer to if anybody? What is the easiest and fastest way to get this answer, because the hearing is 12/12/13. is it a subpoena? Can you get one that fast? Or what else can we do? thank you so much!

I would want to show the Court that his past practice was too busy to have the children equal time and that his future practice will be the same. You can subpoena anyone you think might have an answer to this questions- possible partners involved, whether other doctors or hospitals, etc, They would have to answer questions about any discussions they are having concerning any future partnership/employment/etc. if such discussions have been had. There may be other ways to contest 50/50 time, but you should consult with an attorney about same.
