Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My husband has filed for divorce, i have not been served yet. Is it possible for him to continue with the divorce if i havent been served? We live in kentucky.

There are aspects of the divorce that the court can perform without you ever being served and the marriage can be dissolved (divorced) without you being served. However, the court will most likely appoint a warning order attorney to insure every effort has been made to serve you.
