Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
My husband signed a birth certificate from a child from his ex. DNA proved he was not the father but he never signed any papers to have his name taken off the birth certificate. It has been removed how is this possible?

Because signing the birth certificate means absolutely nothing. Paternity is not established by signing the birth certificate or by putting a man's name on the birth certificate. Once paternity was disproven through DNA testing, an amended birth certificate could be issued.
