Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

my husband signed for our 17 year old drivers license in ky. she now wants to live with her 35 yr. old sister, but we want to withdraw our name from her license if she moves out. Her sister is willing to take over if she is allowed to. please answer, its tearing the family apart.

There are several facts here, but exactly is the question? Are you wanting your daughter to live with her older sister? If so, you can just give the sister guardianship over her, then she can make decisions when it comes to medical treatment and education.
