Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Infant Visitation in Kentucky

I have a 4 month old daughter and live in the state of Kentucky. Me and her father are not married.

He has not seen her in over a month despite my offer for him to see her in my home just about any time. He always wants me to bring her to him, which I did for about 2 weeks over a month ago.

Now he states that his attorney will be filing soon for visitation. What is he likely to get considering he has never been alone with her and has no experience with infants?

Also, I don't know if it is relevant or not, but he has no job, no car, and no stable living arrangements (he mostly lives with his mom and that house is absolutely discusting).

Re: Infant Visitation in Kentucky

The visitation schedule will depend in which county you reside and will be determined by the court based on the best interests of the child. Some counties have guidelines they use as a minimum unless there are extraordinary circumstances. You should consult an attorney as it appears you may have an argument that there are extraordinary cirucumstances in your case.
