Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Use of information obtained during a marriage

While married to my former husband, he took several loans and credit cards out claiming he was single and of a higher level profession than his position. His employer is now investigating him as they are aware of his using a title that he does not have. Do I have the right to show his employer copies of loan applications that do not contain my name but were completed while we were married? He knows I have the copies as I found the information before I left him.

Re: Use of information obtained during a marriage

Provide any information only if you legally obtained the same and it is subpoenaed by the investigating party. If litigation has been commenced, the requesting party must give you a third party request for production.
