Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Need interpretation of the following in the divorce decree: Jennifer will pay co-pays for office visits and prescription drugs. Other out-of-pocket medical expenses will be paid in proportion to the income averaged over the last theee year period. This prorated share at this time is 69% for Don and 31% for Jennifer.
I see it as Jennifer will pay for co-pays and prescription drugs. Then, all other medical costs will be split. She sees it as everything being a prorated split. Who is right and how do I get this legally interpreted so she has to start paying for prescriptions? This is a case in Louisville, KY. Thanks!

Seems pretty clear cut to me. She pays the copays for prescriptions/ doctor visits and everything else is split by those percentages. If she won't pay, you can bring a motion for contempt.
From what you wrote, your interpretation would be the correct one.
