Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am involved with CPS and they are trying to determine whether or not I am able to care for my children appropriately. If marry someone who is not the father and was not involved with the situation, could the children go to him if they were taken away from me?

No, what you are proposing will not help you; in fact, getting married right now will probably make things worse. You should have had an attorney appointed to represent you. Be sure to consult with them.
