Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

My ex is out of jail on bond, for a meth charge. If i sign up for child support, will it send him back to jail, like, is it messng with his bail/out on bond/shouldnt be in trouble?

Only if he fails to pay the ordered child support, falls behind on the child support and is in contempt of the court's order. Then he'll end up back in jail on non-support charges.
