Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I had joint custody of my 2 daughters, with me as primary. One of my daughters went to live with her mother in another county. The judge in that county gave her sole custody of my daughter. How is this possible, the original case began in the county I reside in with our other daughter. Now I am not allowed to see or talk to my child because her mom has sole custody...
