Kentucky child support

My husband has two children from a previous marriage. He pays child support faithfully. He recently lost his job. Both parties agree to lower the amount he was paying. How can we make this legal without going to court? Neither party wants to do that.

You can enter an "Agreed Order" into the court case for the Judge to sign.
