Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Kentucky divorce law

To whom it may concern:

I am a resident of the state of Kentucky. I am a mother of two and have been seperated from my husband for over a year. As a result of certain circumstances regarding childcare he does have access to my apartment and the majority of my bills as well as the apartment lease is in his name. Recently he has taken possessions from my apartment which have been here for quite some time as well as taking steps to move back in my home despite my resistance. In addition he has searched through my personal possessions with no justification. He has also threatened me with taking legal action against me to gain full custody of the children. I work full time as well as care for the children the majority of the week. I am curious as to what steps I must take legally to get a divorce and will his irrational behavior be beneficial to me during the divorce process. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
