Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Can my ex lagally have me billed for medical expenses that I knew nothing about and did not not consent for? She uses my social and my billing address for these visits. We have joint custody and 50/50 on all medical expenses. I pay all of the insurance premiums on my child. Please help....can I go to collections for this if they don't send her the bills?

Yes, but if she isn't paying her share per the decree, take her back to court on a motion for contempt. Protect your credit though, and set up a billing plan with the providers in the meantime, then get the court to order her reimbursement to you for her share.
