Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
Is there a Law that GIVES Grand Parents the right to see their grand children while the children's Parents are going through a divorce? If so, where may I find this Law?

No; however, when a child's parents are not married, grandparents have standing to move the court for visitation on the standard of best interests of the child.

Consider, however, that divorce is a very difficult time for both the parents and their children, in readjusting to a new living situation, and not having the same access to both parents of which they are accustomed. Yet another legal battle might simply make the situation for the children worse, not better.
Folks, I would encourage any grandparent to respect the authority of the parents of your grandchildren, and provide impartial support to both parents in making this transition as painless as possible. Being judgmental, negative, or condescending to either parent (regardless of whether the parent is your child or your child's soon-to-be-ex!), will ultimately only hurt the children who are in the middle of all of the adult angst. Even if you think one parent is the most horrible person on earth, he/she is still the parent of your grandchildren, so treat them accordingly. It might save yourself the cost of a legal battle to see your grandchildren.
You can look at Kentucky Revised Statute 405.021 which allows courts to order visits for grandparents, but it is a fairly weak law.
