Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Lawyer terminated services D/T my ex-wife attending his church!

My ex-wife has a Legal Aid Attorney and takes me to court all the time! I have the child the majority of time for good reason, not to be discussed. We had just finalized one agreement 1 1/2 months ago only to have another motion made just now. I appeared in the my attorney's office only to find out he was going to NOT represent me anymore because my exwife has started attending his church.

I have 2 questions:

1) How can I prevent her from taking me to court all the time when they (the cases) are generally dismissed because she has falsified her affidavits.

2) Is it ethical for my attorney to drop me because she joined his church?

You need to get another attorney. It is VERY ethical (and might be required) of him to withdraw under these circumstances. She may very well have joined his church for this reason but there is absolutely nothing that you can do about it. Go seek other counsel about being taken back to court so often.
