Can my lawyer of 20 years reposent my spouse in our divorce

No, that attorney has a conflict because of his prior representation of you, and would have knowledge of privileged information that would give your spouse an unfair advantage that would be detrimental to your case. Ask him to withdraw as her attorney, and if he refuses, call the KBA and make a complaint.
