Legal Marriage

My husband lied on the license application about how many times he had previously been married. Are we legally married?

As long as he was not still married to someone else at the time and as long as there are no other important facts left unsaid, then your marriage would still be legal despite his misstatement. The number of prior marriages is not a material fact but is merely there to capture data.
