A Decree of Dissolution (divorce decree) is a final judgment in litigation. You have 10 days to move the judge to reconsider findings and final orders and you have 30 days from entry by the Circuit Court Clerk to file an appeal. After that, it is final and can only be changed under incredibly narrow circumstances as described in Civil Rule of Procedure 60.
