Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I live in fear of my boyfriend's mother. She has threatened in the past to have me charged with rape because my boyfriend was 16 and I was 17 at the time I got pregnant and had our first child. She also called CPS with false allegations because we couldn't stand to be around each other so she tried to take my child. I have caught her driving around my previous apartment and before that when my boyfriend had gotten into some trouble she had tried to get me to take the fall for it and would text and call my cellphone and tell me she was driving around where I lived until I woke up then she would take me to his lawyer. But what she didn't know was that I had just had our second child. Then I caught my boyfriend's cousin staring into our apartment when our blinded were drawn on our sliding door, he was standing outside and didn't make himself known because he was spying. He took pictures from our home that are on the internet without our permission. I won't get a house phone because she gets online and googles my name and has gotten my house number and address before. She tries to find out where my oldest goes to school and has tried to persuade my boyfriend to send our daughter to a certain school and it is my fear that my daughter won't come home from school one day because this woman has taken her. I also should mention that my daughter has down syndrome and when CPS was called her doctors were contacted and very helpful to clear up the allegations and I was found to be a fit mother. Since she doesn't know about our youngest two, we haven't gotten a restraining order because I know we would need it. I am scared and not sure what to do.

Sounds like something you should discuss with the county attorney, and then discuss with a private attorney for civil recourse.
