I would assume if you live with your grandmother, your grandmother has some sort of guardianship over you, which allows her to take you to the doctor and sign your permission slips at school. However, as far as custody goes, if you've lived with your grandmother for over a year and she has financially supported you during that time, she could be designated by the court as your "de facto custodian." She would have to petition the court for custody, however. There is nothing *you* can do yourself.
