Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Cannot locate spouse

What happens if I either cannot find my spouse, or he fails to respond to calls/mail? I read that he has 20 days to file a response once I hire an attorney to do the divorce documents. What if my spouse does not respond? He lives in Missouri and I have not seen nor spoken to him in two years. I want a final divorce but know already he will not respond. What can I do if he does not?
