Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
If a married couple buys a home together and both names are placed on the deed and then later on refinances the home but the mortgage loan is only put in one persons name then does that person have the right to remove the other persons name from the deed without their permission?

No, both parties own the property and neither can unilaterally transfer the property.
