Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
I am a married man living Kentucky with my wife of 2 years. We are in our mid-fifties. If I file for divorce and she refuses to sign any legal paperwork concerning the divorce, what problems (if any) might this cause for me ? She has said she doesn't want a divorce, and therefore will not sign anything concerning any divorce.
She has no money to hire a lawyer, and has no assets of her own except for a $ 4,000 car which is paid for.
Thanks !!!

You can still get a divorce, even if the other person doesn't want it. Of course, normally if the other person doesn't want the divorce, they tend to fight it, draw it out, make it expensive, in hopes that their spouse will give up and come back.
Go see an attorney and file the petition for dissolution of marriage if you want the divorce. You don't need her approval, and you don't need her signature. It certainly makes it easier (and cheaper) if both parties are in agreement and all that needs to be done is to have papers drafted and signed. But you can have a hearing (or, more likely, multiple hearings) before the court, and get your divorce granted.
