Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have been married for 6 weeks. After getting my wife she hit on me bites me and says shee is going to cut my throught. Can I get a anullment? I don't believe in divorce.

Violence is not a legal basis for annulment of a marriage, though being induced into marriage by fraud is (such as if someone said they could have children but it turns out they knew they actually could not). You should, though, file for an Emergency Protection Order and get yourself safe.
