Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am about to marry a man with 2 previous children, whom he pays child support for. Will I be held accountable for any payments of the child support or will the child support go up due to my income?

No, and not normally, respectively. He can always discuss the matter with the county attorney who is assigned to the child support case.

Not responsible directly for his child support payments. Unless you and your husband own a business together or have some other joint money making ventures, your income should not matter in calculating his responsibility for child support.
