Medical Insurance
On the child support wrksht the judge calculated $170/month for insurance. The insurance was reduced to $50/month in July 07...I just found out. Should I try to get a new child support figure? Am I entitled to reimbursment for overpayment since July 07?

If the change in insurance would result in an overall change of at least 15% in the total child support, then you need to file a motion to modify. Modification is not retroactive so you cannot go back for any overpayment.
