Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I am going into the military and have joint custody of my two children with my exhusband.. What are my options to try and either get full custody or at least where he can't take them away from me completely?

Unless there is something wrong with your ex's parenting, there is little chance of getting sole custody when joint custody has been awarded. A carefully drafted Agreed Order covering how things will work during your time away and how they will be upon your return is the best approach to take. If he will not enter into an agreed order, it is best to be proactive and file a motion with the court to address these concerns.
