the mother of a child puts her boyfriend on the childs birth certificate and later finds out he is not the biological father, the boyfriend dumps the mother after hearing the news. the biological father has had no knowledge of the circumstance until now. is it possible for the mother to pin child support and back pay on the biological father years later? and if so what are his rights?

He'll have to pay going forward once paternity is established through DNA. He donated the sperm, he has to help support the child. If he wants to know his child, he can petition the court for visitation. But even if he has no contact, he'll be expected to pay if either Mom or the County Attorney goes after him. (If she gets any public assistance, they definitely will.)
