Sounds like you need a lawyer. You should immediately seek a consultation with a local attorney who practices in family court in your jurisdiction. Many attorneys give free consultations. If you cannot afford an attorney, you should contact Legal Aid, or one of the other pro bono programs. For instance, the Fayette County Pro Bono program. If you do not qualify for pro bono, you may qualify for reduced fee services, and the Modest Means Program could assist you there.
