Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky
If the mother has primary ;custody and the father has the standard visitation rights , can the mother move out of state so that the father can not see the children.

No, it is not that simple. The Pennington case from the Supreme Court of Kentucky essentially did away with "primary" custody. You either have sole custody or joint custody. Moving out of state with your child is a matter of "best interest" for the child because it impacts timesharing. Since this is a complicated area of familty law, it is best to consult with an attorney familiar with your family or circuit judge.
