Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Can I move out of state?

I have full custody of my 11 year daughter, her father has visitation, and pays child support. Can I move out of state without his consent, he will still continue to have the same visitation?

Re: Can I move out of state?

Based on what you have described, then a move out of state would not be considered a "change of circumstances" that would allow the custody issue to be re-visited and consent from no one is required. Things that could alter this analysis include: prior agreements adopted by the court, court orders, the reason for the move, and what the new living environment would be for the child.
