Moving out of state/child custody

I need to know my financial obligation to have my child transported for visitation to his father from Texas to Kentucky and how often I will have to send him.

Well, that requires knowing a whole lot more about your situation. These kinds of things are usually spelled out in a time-sharing agreement. If agreement is not reached, the Judge decides what is best for the child. Some judges look at who moved away from whom. Others just split everything in half. The frequency depends on resources of the family and the age of the child.
