No Notice or Opportunity to be heard Before my daughter was removed from parents

Ky.-Myself and my daughter's mother have never been married. I established paternity and had my name amenfed to her Birth Certificate, plus it was added to the Paternity Registry Database. Yet, I went unrecognized as her father and was not allowed to see my daughter or pay Child Support.

all things being normal, you have certain rights that must be recogonized. Those rights may be denied after a hearing but it is a requirement that you be notified of any proceeding regarding your daughter. Seek local counsel for advice as to you options in light of your particular circumstances that are not revealed here.
