Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I had a paternity case dismissed in the state of KY 5 years ago due to her giving information that went contrary to the actual birth of the child (she admitted that we met in April, but the child was born in Nov as a full-term birth). Would the court consider this a dismissal "with prejudice"?

The dismissal order would have indicated whether it was dismissed with or without prejudice. Regardless, if you aren't the father, you aren't the father. They won't be collecting child support from you.
