Paternity

Can a man who thinks he may be a childs father force a dna test on a child born to a married woman, when he is not the husband and the husband is listed as the father on the birth certificate? child was born in ohio, but resides in ky with mother & dad.

You could always attempt this, but the law does not look favorably upon cuckholding (which is the practice of getting a married woman pregnant though not by the husband). In the eyes of the law, the husband of the mother at the time of the birth is the child's father. The most likely result would be a dismissal of the petition if the husband or mother objects.
