do i have to pay child support when children is not living with me or there mom

I am paying child support on two children girl 17 boy 16 my wife and i have shared custody medical bills are split 50/50 or suppose to be anyway my exwife let my daughter quit school and has let her move in with her boyfriend and now she is pregnant and my exwife has let my son move out also and he is staying with my dad and has been ever since my mom past away a year ago this past Jan. Now should my exwife be getting child support on two kids she is not taking care of ? paying the support is not a problem but is it going to the right people and should i be paying at all on my daughter

child support will continue until the age of 18 or some other event that would emancipate the child, such as marriage. Your ex-wife cannot let your children live with anyone else unless you give permission or the Court approves. In your daughter's case, I doubt that you could do anything at this stage. Until the Court orders otherwise, the support is to be paid to whom the order says. You may need to go back to Court and perhaps seek some adjustment. Go see your attorney and see what he/she says.
