I filed my divorce and he was served in April. I need to know what my next step is to finalize this? Do I have to file a motion to take it before the Judge? Please help. Thank You.

You will need to file something with the court to have the decree entered, however, what you need to file will depend on what county you live in. Feel free to call if you have further questions.
