Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

I have a question, my ex husband is with a woman that has been yelling and cussing at my kids and has even spanked them. He has been given 2 days visitation a week when we divorced but he lives with this woman and i am not comfortable with my children around her. She has said negative things about me in front of my children and has posted things online but never uses my name when she posts only the ex wife or titles like that. What are my rights to keep her away from my children or to keep her from punishing them? The real issue is that the ex husband and the girlfriend live together.

I would suggest retaining an attorney to discuss your options, and possibly file a motion for a modification of custody. Parents, stepparents, etc., should never make negative comments about the other parent to the children. The only person that hurts is the child. Also, if she has written anything defamatory about you on-line, you have a cause of action to sue her for libel. Just because she has not used your name, she has published statements about you and others would know to whom she is referring.
