Legal Question in Family Law in Kentucky

Recently I remarried and moved out of the state of Kentucky. My ex-wife has custody of my young child, what are the laws about giving up my rights as the father ?

This doesn't really ask a coherent question. Do you want to give up your parental rights? Unless the child has a stepfather willing to adopt, you likely won't have much luck avoiding your child support obligation.
