I'm sure I don't have to say that this is the kind of mess that occurs when you spend 9 years in a relationship with someone else's husband. You may indeed find yourself in court defending yourself on this as a result; however, it isn't likely that he will prevail in convincing the Court to order you to repay the "child support" he paid you. In fact, a lot of people get in trouble because they pay their child support in cash, and then the other parent claims they never actually paid it. Without a paper trail, it's difficult to prove payment. But if he has evidence, if there was a child support order in place and he can show he paid it, and that the child is not his, it's possible a refund could be ordered.
