Retirement
I have been married 10 years and now having problems spouse told me that i am entitled to nothing, he works for Police dept and has been in Army reserves for 22 yrs is he correck he can leave me with nothing?

Division of property is a little more complicated and so I cannot give you one simple answer. Whether or not his retirment is "exempt" or "non-marital" property is driven by statute and very often is divisible as marital property. This would require doing some legal research.
Also, you may qualify for maintenance (alimony) depending on your circumstances. You really need to consult with a family lawyer to review the whole situation.

You are entitled to a portion of his military reserve retirement and possibly his police retirement. You need an attorney experienced in military and especially reserve retirement.
