can i get my rights back to my son after completeing rehab as a single father? my wife was caught on neglect charges but i wasn't. We were both charged with trafficking. but since then i have completed a long term rehab program and got myself back on the right track. In court it was ordered permanent custody to the grandparents but i want to raise my son. I feel like he needs his father more than grandparents. what are my chances?

So long as your parental rights weren't terminated, and the custody order was at least 2 years ago, you can move the court for a change of custody on the basis of best interests of the child. Talk to a local family law attorney who practices in your jurisdiction.
