Rights

When you give up a child that is disabled and then 12 years want to take fight in getting partial custody, can he or she does this? Who they have a chance in getting their child back?

First, It would help to know what you mean by "give up a child". If you mean that you voluntarily terminated your parental rights, then no, there is nothing that you can do that would have any real chance of success.

If you mean you gave guardianship or custody to someone else, then you can file for a modification of that custody or seek to terminate guardianship.

Your chances of success would depend on the facts of the situation. If there has been no recent change in the child's circumstances, then you have very little chance of success. Even if there has been a change, you would have to show that it is in the child's best interest for the change.
