Your question probably refers to where you live and timeshare with the other parent. In Kentucky, the wishes of the youth involved are to be a factor considered in making such decisions. However, no "right" exists in the sense that a 16 year old gets to make the choice. The judge still decides based on what they believe is best for the youth. Unusally, the older the youth is, the more weight the judge gives to their wishes.
